Carol Cohn is an outsider artist who started making art five years ago. She always loved to draw and spent the bulk of her professional career in advertising. She is also the former director of the Yard School of Art at the Montclair Art Museum where she created the renowned summer art program in 2003. She has had 5 solo exhibits, many group exhibits, and won a best artist award at STARTup LA.

This is a new body of work from Carol, reflecting her new found hope for a better world. Carol has always found joy and wonderment in the beauty of nature. The seascapes reflect the unique beauty of the California coastline. The nature pieces are graceful odes to hope and natural beauty.
