“elements of balance”

Water is the only element that isn't represented in the window.  We take it for granted.

Agriculture, though needed to feed the almost 7 billion people walking this planet, consumes large amounts of water for irrigation without thought of the runoff damage from pesticides and animal waste.

Industry consumes water as solvent, discharging pollutants into waterways.

Pharmaceutical dependency consumed by humans affects aquatic life.

Lack of humanity, bypassing infrastructural repairs for the safety of potable water like in Flint, or access to safe drinking water from poor sanitation in many countries around the globe.

I replaced the water with Emergence.  Before Covid most people were only worried about virus on our computers.  One can argue if this was a man-made situation or nature at it's worse. The tally of lives lost continues to rise.  There is no person that wasn't affected. It has changed our world.

In the center of it all is our rapidly disintegrating Information.  It's loud, it's caustic, it's everywhere you look, but how much of the information you receive is truth?  When you loose truth you also loose trust.  With so many news channels to pick from who is giving you the whole picture?  Who is swaying you to think one way versus another.  We must listen to each other's voices, opposed viewpoints or not, to find the balance in the world.  Without each other we can't fix the really important problems.
